My journey so far.....
I started learning spiritual healing in 1992, when I was introduced to the book by Louise L. Hay "You Can Heal Your Life". I was working as home help for a lovely elderly lady and wanted to help her to heal. I prayed one night that I be able to assist with healing and felt my hands go on fire! The next day when I saw my client I offered to give her some healing, the effect of this was amazing, totally surprising both of us with the sudden power. We had such a charge of energy go through us that there was a crack in the air and she was nearly knocked over. I was so shocked it had worked that I decided I needed to learn how to work with and control this power, before offering again and went to the next Spiritual Church meeting where I was introduced to the Whangarei Healers. This group was just starting on their journey and they are still going today.
From the very first meeting I felt as if I had come home and 10 years later was still learning and growing, it was a fascinating environment to learn in and allowed me to gain a very broad range of skills, both with healing and with clairvoyance. At times there could be as many as 40 or 50 people there every week. I learnt the following modalities -
Hands on healing
Auric Cleansing
Chakra clearing and balancing
Crystal Healing
Holistic Pulsing
Huna Massage
and Reiki (Usui Ryoho Reiki)
There were others that I do not remember the names of and I tend to incorporate quite a few of the different modalities into my healing as needed, especially a little of the Holistic Pulsing, which is so gentle and so effective.
I was very lucky to spend time with a lovely maori man who also attended the healing sessions for many years, and taught me a few things, like how to bless jewelry (greenstone is a favourite of mine) and other gems, he taught me some basics of opening and closing sessions, and was just lovely to be around. I have expanded this talent to clearing houses of unwanted energy and spirits.
One bonus from all this channeling of healing is that I also am able to receive clairvoyant messages and am now actively working as a clairvoyant reader, which is bringing information, love light and joy to all who come to me for a reading. I channel the wisdom and information from a variety of sources depending on what you need and it is definitely Spirit who decides this, as I just open to channel. These may include angels, guides, archangels, ascended masters, family or friends who have passed over, along with the divine. These loving messages are truly awesome for both parties to receive. I know that whenever I give you a message there is a meaning in it for me too.
There are so many aspects to this hidden world that I have yet to discover and am looking forward to the future and further progress with my clarity as a channel for spirit and the divine.
