About Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki Level One Courses
Level One Reiki is a two day course usually held on a weekend.
This involves learning hand positions and being given one symbol.
The major emphasis is on self-healing as this is the most important aspect of healing.
There are 4 attunements for Reiki One.
A comprehensive handbook and certificate are provided for each student.
Investment $200.00
Reiki Level Two Courses
Level Two Reiki is a two day course usually held on a weekend.
This involves revising the information from Reiki One, the symbol and the hand positions.
Learning the hand positions for healing others along with two new symbols.
Students are encouraged to participate in absent healing sessions.
There are 2 attunements for Reiki Two.
I provide a comprehensive handbook and certificate are provided for each student.

Reiki Level Three Courses
Level Three Reiki is a whole day course, usually held on a weekend.
This involves revising all previous information from Reiki One and Two, along with the 3 symbols and the hand positions.
In Reiki Three the student learns to give Heart Attunements and how to develop their abilities to heal via some different methods.
The emphasis again is on self transformation and healing.
A comprehensive handbook and certificate are provided to each student.
There are 2 attunements for Reiki Three

Reiki Master and Master/Teacher Courses
Master and Master/Teacher courses are run on a one-to-one basis. They involve the student attending courses with me and participating in the attunements.
There are two attunements for the student.
A comprehensive handbook and certificate are provided.
All further information is provided upon application and anyone accepted for Master and Master/Teacher training is at my discretion.
